Free-to-claim Plan is a new service system designed by the uniteCare health insurance and cross-border payment service platform for overseas policyholders. This plan aims to address various difficulties that policyholders may encounter when making claims with insurance companies while living, studying, or traveling overseas. The policyholder who purchases this plan will receive full process manual claims assistance provided by the platform, including contacting the insurance company, collecting claim materials, submitting compliance documents, reviewing vouchers, and following up on the receipt of funds.

一、Service Scope
- This service is only applicable to the current policy;
- This service is only available to policyholders;
- Assist the policyholder manually in completing all claims procedures specified by various insurance companies until the claim fees are paid to the policyholder's account;
- The service duration shall be consistent with the actual purchased policy duration, and any additional duration shall require the purchase of a new plan;
- During the service period, there is no limit to the number or types of claims assistance services provided;
- The platform has the right to refuse to provide claims assistance services for claims that do not comply with the insurance company's regulations;
- Any claims event must provide relevant information, documents, etc. as required by the insurance company;
二、Disclaimer of interest
- The platform does not assume any responsibility or obligation for any claims failure caused by non compliant claims, missing documents, policy restrictions of the insurance company, or restrictions of relevant national laws and regulations;
- The platform shall not be held responsible for any claims failure or claims amount not meeting expectations caused by personal reasons of the policyholder;
- The platform shall not assume any responsibility or fulfill any obligation for any third-party issues, losses, or legal risks caused by any claims event;
- The policyholder must strictly comply with the regulations of the insurance company and the laws and regulations of the place of insurance when making claims. Any falsification of materials, insurance fraud, or other behavior will result in the platform having the right to refuse service and take legal action against such behavior;
三、Fee Policy
- For insurance products in Australia and New Zealand, this service is charged at 8% of the actual policy value. Service fees below AU $150 will be charged uniformly at AUD $150.
- For insurance products in other regions, this service is charged at 5% of the actual policy value. Service fees below $100 will be charged uniformly at $100.
四、Refund Policy
- If the policy is not effective, a full refund can be issued along with the policy;
- If the policy is already in effect, refunds cannot be issued;
- This plan cannot independently apply for refunds;
